What information do I record with Admin Control?
Everything from personnel & staff information, to vehicle details, to who cleans the windows in the office – and all points in between. There are a lot of admin details in every business, and we provide you the platform to record all of them.

How does it work?
Once you've signed in, you are presented with a simple, sections based database, which allows you to enter key information for all of the administrative functions of your business. You can set notifications on the date fields to go to the right people under company settings at the top right. Updating and adding information is as simple as filling out an online form, and attaching documents.

What does it cost?
The entire Tight9 Admin Control system costs NZ$50 per month per company. If you sign up on an annual plan, you will only pay $450 per year per company, that's a 25% discount!

Can I export all of my information?
Yes, you can export your information into csv format at any time.

What if my business is specialised?
No problem - for example, in a mechanics workshop the “normal” admin items are all still relevant, but there is a requirement to add very specialised items like hoist servicing, and oil disposal techniques. These can be added and maintained in the industry specific section of the Admin Control system.

Can I add more than one company?
Yes! Go to the Dashboard and click manage subscriptions, then edit your subscription in the payment portal, and click Dashboard, add new company.

Can I add more than one user?
The initial release is single-user, multi-company. Version 2 is scheduled for release in Q1, 2023 with users and granular permissions included.

What will I be notified about?
For any upcoming dates you enter in the system, you will receive a one month, and on the day notification to the email address you have specified in the company setting at the top right.

What is Tight9's development roadmap?
Version 2 is scheduled for release in Q1 2023. This version is currently targeted to include:
- Multi-factor Authentication
- Multi users per company
- Granular user permissions
- Content changes as requested by customers

- Import functionality
